PURINA® High Octane ALLEVIATE Gastric Support Supplement
High Octane® ALLEVIATE® Supplement for show cattle, pigs, lambs, and goats is formulated to support optimal pH in the digestive system of animals.
It is estimated that over 80% of show pigs experience gastric health issues affecting overall performance. Acidosis (the result of low rumen pH) causes ruminants to be off feed with digestive stress.
Gastric heath and ruminal acidosis are exacerbated in the show industry due to feeding systems, management systems and the inevitable stressors of the show ring world.

Feeding Directions
HIGH OCTANE® ALLEVIATE® Gastric Support Supplement is formulated to support gastric health and proper pH for cattle, pigs, lambs and goats fed for exhibition. The amount fed per day depends on the species, age and weight of the animal.
Feed according to the directions below.
SHOW PIGS: Feed 2 ounces per day for every 50 lbs. of bodyweight up to 6 oz per day under normal feeding conditions. (example: 50 lb. pig = 2 oz/day; 200 lb. pig = 6 oz/day). During periods of stress, feed an additional 2 oz/day during the middle of the day as a treat or snack. The peak period of stress is usually 150 lbs. to show.
SHOW CATTLE: Feed 12 to 24 ounces per day as a buffering agent. During periods of stress, bloat, and/or acidosis, feed 14 to 24 ounces per day.
SHOW LAMBS/GOATS: Feed 1 ounce per every 50 lbs. of body weight per day. During periods of stress, feed 4 oz per day.
Caution
Store in a dry, well-ventilated area protected from rodents and insects. Do not feed moldy or insect-infested feed to animals as it may cause illness, performance loss or death. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED.
